Frequently Asked Questions
What is OperationsLens?
OperationsLens turns the emails and calls your customers already send into structured orders in your ERP, answers backed by the real order behind them, and invoices with nothing left out — three modules on one shared knowledge layer.
How does it decide what to do automatically, and what needs a person?
Each module reads what arrives — an email, a call, an attachment — and matches it against your products, price lists, customers, and past orders in the knowledge layer. Anything ambiguous is flagged for a person instead of guessed at, and drafts go to a person before they reach a customer or your ERP for as long as you want them to.
How does rollout work?
There's no fixed setup timeline upfront — rollout starts narrow: one channel, one team, one module, proven before it expands. Each additional module reuses the context already in the system, so it connects faster than the one before it.
Is our data safe?
Yes. Your data is hosted in the EU and handled under GDPR. Every action a human should see, a human sees, and every step is logged so any order, answer, or invoice can be traced back to the message that started it.
Which ERPs and channels does it work with?
OperationsLens connects to the ERPs Nordic SMEs actually run — Netvisor, Procountor, Oscar, and Lemonsoft via Fyrn — and takes orders and questions however your customers already reach you: email, phone, a dropped file, or a direct API connection.
Does it replace our ERP?
No. Your ERP stays the system of record — OperationsLens reads what arrives and writes into it. Picking, delivery, and invoicing all keep happening where they already do.
What does pricing look like?
Pricing is scope-based, not per-seat. Plans start from €299/mo for one module on one channel. Once you're running multiple modules, channels, or ERPs, pricing moves to a custom quote — see the full breakdown on the Pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
There's no self-serve trial. A 30-minute walkthrough is the fastest way to see it against your own orders, and rollout starts narrow — one channel, one module — before it expands.
Do our customers have to change how they order?
No. They keep writing and calling the way they do today, in the language they already use — and the desk works in the language your team uses too.
How do we get support during rollout?
Every rollout starts with a 30-minute walkthrough against your own orders, and gets support getting each new channel or module live. Reach out any time through Contact.
