We spent years watching orders get typed in by hand.

OperationsLens is built by three people who have been integrating business systems for Nordic companies for most of their careers. We started it because the automations we always wanted to build finally became possible.

Mission

Take the re-keying out of running a business.

Most small and mid-sized companies already have an ERP. What they don't have is the connection between it and the way their customers actually reach them: an email, a phone call, a photo of a delivery note. Someone reads it, understands it, and types it in. Then answers the follow-up question. Then checks the invoice.

We want that work to happen on its own, with a person reviewing and deciding rather than retyping, and every result written into the system the company already runs.

Story

Third time building for the same problem.

Fredrik and Jani started out at Frends Technology, building system integrations: the information-exchange processes that move data between one company's software and another's. That work showed us how much of a business still travels as free text that no integration can touch.

Later we founded NordSafety, a platform for health, safety, environment and quality. Selling it meant talking with hundreds of companies about what they wanted automated. The answers were rarely about safety forms. They were about orders, customer questions and invoices.

Reading a message the way a person does was the missing piece. Recent AI development closed that gap, and OperationsLens is what we built once it did.

How we build.

Three rules we hold ourselves to, learned from integration work where a silent mistake costs more than a visible one.

    Your ERP stays the system of record

    We don't ask anyone to move their business into our software. We read what arrives and write the result where the work already lives.

  2. 02

    A person decides, the system prepares

    Drafts go to someone on your team before they go to a customer, for as long as you want them to. You decide when the automation can act more on its own — nothing has to be booked in or sent without a person's approval.

  3. 03

    Every result shows its source

    Each order line, answer and checked invoice points back to the message or document behind it, and shows how the result was reached. Hosted in the EU, handled under GDPR.
