Security
OperationsLens is built on EU-hosted infrastructure, in line with GDPR, and keeps automated actions open to human review — by design, not as an afterthought.
How it's protected
Your data is hosted in the EU and handled under GDPR, end to end.
Every action a human should see, a human sees — nothing books itself into your ERP without review where you've asked for one. Drafts go to a person before they go to a customer, for as long as you want them to.
Every step is logged, so any order, answer, or invoice can be traced back to the message that started it.
The system of record remains your ERP. Access follows the roles you already have there — OperationsLens does not introduce a separate permission model.
