Security

OperationsLens is built on EU-hosted infrastructure, in line with GDPR, and keeps automated actions open to human review — by design, not as an afterthought.

How it's protected

01 EU hosting & GDPR

Your data is hosted in the EU and handled under GDPR, end to end.

02 Human review by design

Every action a human should see, a human sees — nothing books itself into your ERP without review where you've asked for one. Drafts go to a person before they go to a customer, for as long as you want them to.

03 Full audit trail

Every step is logged, so any order, answer, or invoice can be traced back to the message that started it.

04 Your access, your roles

The system of record remains your ERP. Access follows the roles you already have there — OperationsLens does not introduce a separate permission model.

Questions we get

Where is our data hosted?

In the EU, in line with GDPR.

Can OperationsLens act without anyone reviewing it first?

Only where you’ve explicitly allowed it. By default, drafts go to a person before they reach a customer or your ERP.

Can we trace an answer or order back to its source?

Yes. Every step is logged, so any order, answer, or invoice can be traced back to the message that started it.

Does OperationsLens replace our ERP's access controls?

No. The system of record stays your ERP, and access follows the roles you already have there.
